    The service part was great. I decided to wait for the car to be serviced so I could look at and possibly buy a GMC Yukon Denali or a Cadillac suv and there were NONE on the lot to see. Lost a possible sell. I was really bummed. How do you sell cars if people can’t sit in them and get a feel for how they work for them?

    My experience with your service was more due to the poor communication than the actual finished work. I had an 08:00 appointment with an estimate work time of 2-4 hours. I was to be notified of the completion. After no information by noon I called, with difficulty in getting an answer, that it was almost ready and would receive a call on completion. After no call, I drove up to the center i n a borrowed car to see what the problem was. Again, no call back. Called back and was told it was being test driven and washed and would be finished. Still no called until 07:45 the following morning that it was ready for pickup. This all left me with a very unfavorable feeling. I have use Sterling since they were still on Texas avenue. I had one service person who I went to and who reminded me of my service needs. I miss that kind of service. My last two times have definitely not been the kind of service I expected.
